Xiaomi Corporation has once again secured a dominant position in Institutional Investor’s 2024 Asia Pacific (Ex-Japan) Executive Team Awards. For the third consecutive year, Xiaomi achieved All-Star status, ranking first in the combined rankings across seven key categories within the Technology Hardware sector.
The company’s exceptional performance earned it accolades for Best CEO, Best CFO, Best Company Board, Best ESG, Best Investor Relations Professional, Best Investor Relations Program, and Best Investor Relations Team. Xiaomi also received the Most Honored Companies distinction with the highest weighted score, further solidifying its reputation for excellence in corporate governance and investor relations management.
Lei Jun, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Xiaomi, secured the top spot for Best CEO, while Alain Lam, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, was recognized as the Best CFO.

This year, over 4,943 portfolio managers and buy-side analysts, and 951 sell-side analysts participated in the survey, evaluating companies based on their performance from February 2023 to January 2024.
The rigorous evaluation process assessed 1,669 nominated companies across 18 sectors on core areas, including Financial Disclosure, Services & Communication, ESG, and individual attributes for CEOs, CFOs, and Investor Relations Professionals.
