Since being certified by Microsoft in 2002, there were a lot of opportunities and challenges that met with me. Today, I ask myself and those who holds at least an IT certification: what is the value of your certification today?

You know, I am actually a marketing graduate in DLSU. But I really like web programming a lot and I have been in this industry for more than 4 years now so, I guess this is really my forte.
But the fact still remains that my skillset and abilities is limited compared to those who earned ComSci Degrees. It is really a challenge.
So, with regards to certifications, they are still helpful for me to earn more points when presenting your resume to recruiters.
