The company has also received HR Asia’s Most Caring Companies Award for 2020, in addition to SAS both in Singapore and in the Philippines being certified by Great Place to Work as a great workplace for 2020.

HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards recognizes companies that have shown world-class employee engagement and workplace excellence while displaying demonstrable empathy and care for their employees. The awards are Asia’s largest, covering over 300,000 employees across 11 markets. Employees rate their employers using the proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, which covers collective consciousness, workplace sentiment, and team dynamics.
In its recognition by Great Place to Work, SAS in Singapore and the Philippines has been certified as a great workplace for 2020, with respectively 79% and 76% of employees rating it as a great place to work. Great Place to Work results is based on their rigorous Trust Index Survey and Culture Management platform.
