Michael Dell, the President of the world’s biggest computer company is in Manila, Philippines for the opening of Dell’s Contact Support Center at the SM Mall of Asia yesterday.
The opening of the contact center will require around 1,400 employees, doubled from the original plan of 700. It will also boost an state-of-the-art system, wherein support services personnel can connect remotely to their client’s PCs.
