Habang ako ay naglalakbay sa may kanto ng Arnaiz Ave. (Pasay Road) at Osmeña Hi-way (sa may riles ng tren) noong Linggo ika-11 ng Hulyo 2010, aking namataan si Kuya na taga-Safety Department ng Makati City na naka-motorsiklo nang walang helmet! Habang ang stop light ay naka-pula, panay ang ikot ni kuya sa mga sasakyang nakahimpil, at namara pa ng isang motorsiklo na ang kaangkas ay wala ding helmet!
Mayor Junjun Binay, papayagan ba natin ang mga abusado sa kalye na tulad ni Kuya?!
