Financial technology solution JoJoPay inks partnership with Electronic Commerce Philippines, Inc. (ECPay) to enable cash-in transactions via ECPay and 7-Eleven branches all over the Philippines. The partnership is aimed at revitalizing the digital economy by making secure, instant, and hassle-free payments a reality. JoJoPay is the first fiat payment platform on the blockchain.

Through this collaboration, JoJoPay mobile wallet users will enjoy the convenience of funding their accounts in real-time via the 7-Eleven CLIQQ mobile app (for those with mobile data) or by using the CLIQQ in-store kiosks. Simply generate a barcode for the cash-in transaction and present it to the cashier to top-up your JoJoPay account.

“JoJoPay offers financial services for everyday transactions such as sending money, paying bills, buying load, and more. We want these services to be more accessible to more Filipinos, and the first step is making it easy to fund their account. Our partnership with ECPay and its far-reaching network is a major step towards greater reach and providing financial inclusion to communities across the country,” according to Sally Ponce-Enrile, Co-Chairperson of First Shoshin Solutions Inc., the company behind JoJoPay.

Aside from cashing in at 7-Eleven, you can now also fund your JoJoPay account via ECPay by visiting any ECPay store or partner outlet nationwide. ECPay is currently available at San Mig Food Avenue, select Petron stations, Prince Warehouse, LCC Malls, NCCC Supermarkets, RD Pawnshop, H Lhuillier, and Global Access. To top-up via ECPay, simply fill up the deposit form with the required information, and submit it to the teller for processing. Your deposit will be instantly credited to your wallet.

JoJoPay continuously finds new ways to help Filipinos experience convenient financial transactions using a digital wallet. This partnership supports JoJoPay’s mission of providing fast, easy, and secure cashless payments for everyone and making wallet services more accessible for both the banked and unbanked.

All cash-in transactions via 7-Eleven are subject to a partner fee of 2% of the transaction amount, while a fee of PHP20 applies for ECPay cash-in transactions. Visit https://jojopay.io to sign-up for a JoJoPay account.
