In an era marked by rapid technological disruption and shifting workforce expectations, the Philippines’ Best Workplaces™ 2025 have demonstrated that strong human connections and trust remain at the heart of workplace excellence.

During the recent Great Place To Work® Philippines awards ceremony, 50 standout organizations were recognized for creating environments that embrace change while prioritizing employee well-being and culture. Antoniette Mendoza-Talosig, Managing Partner at Great Place To Work® Philippines, emphasized the importance of balance in the face of three transformative forces: the rise of AI and technological advancements, Gen Z redefining workplace norms, and economic uncertainty affecting job stability.

According to recent findings from the Trust Survey, which covered feedback from over 750,000 employees nationwide, there has been a noticeable dip in workplace sentiment. The percentage of employees who feel their workplace is psychologically and emotionally healthy fell from 82% in 2023 to 78% in 2025. Likewise, employee engagement dropped to 83% from 87% over the same period. Mendoza-Talosig stressed that equipping employees with tools is only one part of the equation.

The awardees were categorized by company size. Among large companies, Synchrony Global Services Philippines, Inc., [24]7.ai Philippines, and Accenture emerged as leaders. DHL Express, Hilton, and Cisco topped the medium category, while Kollab continued its winning streak in the small business category, alongside EXCA Education Migration and Visa Services and I’M Hotel.

What distinguished the 2025 awardees was their collective ability to embrace change. An impressive 93% of employees in these organizations said they adapt quickly to new circumstances, and 96% reported feeling motivated to go above and beyond at work.

As Filipino organizations navigate a complex future, the Best Workplaces of 2025 stand as beacons, proving that human connection, trust, and purpose-driven leadership are key to thriving in a fast-evolving world.
