Among these is the much-awaited HONOR AI Eraser, a feature users have eagerly anticipated for its ability to seamlessly remove unwanted objects from photos. This latest update marks a significant step forward in smartphone technology, showcasing HONOR’s commitment to innovation.
HONOR Philippines Vice President Stephen Cheng expressed his excitement about the update, emphasizing the company’s dedication to refining and perfecting these features to meet user demands. “It was highly requested, and we are very proud that we took our time in developing and perfecting this technology for our HONOR fans to enjoy. To the HONOR 200 and HONOR 200 Pro users out there, check if you have the new OS update and be amazed with our HONOR AI,” said Cheng. He encouraged HONOR 200 and HONOR 200 Pro users to check for the new OS update and experience the enhanced capabilities firsthand.
The highlight of this update is the AI Eraser Tool, which uses generative AI to effortlessly remove photobombers and other unwanted elements from images. This tool ensures that your photos remain distraction-free, capturing perfect moments without the hassle of manual editing. Alongside this, the AI Optimize Eyes Close feature is designed to enhance group photos by editing up to 50 people in a single frame. It corrects facial distortions and mistimed blinks, making sure everyone in the photo looks their best.
Another standout feature is the Face-to-Face Translation, which enables real-time audio translation into various languages, bridging communication gaps and making conversations smoother across language barriers. For a more organized user experience, the AI Magic Capsule provides a dynamic interface that aggregates alerts, notifications, and activities related to calls, music, recording, and app usage, all in one convenient place.
Looking ahead, the update will soon include the AI Shopping feature, allowing users to drag text or images into a Google search and shop directly on popular platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. Similarly, the AI Search tool offers a seamless way to search across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube, simply by dragging text or images.
For navigation needs, the AI Locate feature simplifies the process by enabling users to drag text to Google Maps, allowing for quick location searches and easy navigation to destinations. The AI Drag to Note function also enhances productivity by allowing users to save or edit files directly in the Notes app by dragging text or images.
The update further includes AI Air Gesture, a feature that allows users to navigate their phone without touching it, offering a truly hands-free experience. HONOR Connect, another addition, facilitates seamless connectivity between HONOR smartphones and other devices such as laptops and tablets. This feature allows users to drag images or text between devices, enabling convenient multitasking capabilities like AI shopping, searching, and navigation.
