Home Credit Philippines (HCPH) recently celebrated its 11th anniversary, marking over a decade of helping Filipinos access financial solutions to meet their personal and family needs. As part of its anniversary festivities, HCPH honored 11 of its loyal customers who have remained steadfast with the brand since its entry into the Philippine market in 2013.

Throughout its 11 years of operation, HCPH has served over 11 million Filipinos across 75 of the country’s 81 provinces. With this wide reach, the company strives to provide accessible financing solutions that empower individuals, offering a broad range of credit products and services tailored to meet evolving customer demands.

Celebrating Loyalty & Partnership with Filipinos

Earlier today at the Trinoma Activity Center, HCPH celebrated its milestone by expressing gratitude to customers who have consistently trusted the brand. Eleven customers, each of whom has availed at least 11 HCPH products, were recognized and awarded a PHP20,000 cheque as a token of appreciation. In a memorable moment, these loyal patrons had the chance to interact with HCPH brand ambassador Marian Rivera and enjoy a special performance by the local band Nobita.

Sheila Paul, HCPH’s Chief Marketing Officer, emphasized the significance of customer trust as the foundation of the company’s growth. “At Home Credit, we believe in building lasting partnerships with our customers. Our loyal customers are the heart of our brand, and their continued support has paved the way for our continued success in the past ten years. As we now welcome a new year of service, their trust serves as our fuel to grow and their support propels us to continue innovating our financial solutions,” Paul said.

Renewed Partnership with Marian Rivera

Adding to the celebration, Marian Rivera, who has represented HCPH as a brand ambassador for over a year, announced her extended partnership with the company. The popular actress is set to continue as the face of HCPH for an additional two years, strengthening her endorsement of a brand dedicated to empowering Filipinos. Paul expressed that Rivera’s involvement reflects HCPH’s commitment to building trust and reliability, aligning with their values, and furthering their mission as a financial ally to Filipinos.

HCPH also reinforced its role as a dependable partner during challenging times. In response to the recent typhoon affecting many communities, the company announced a donation to the GMA Kapuso Foundation, a charity close to Rivera’s heart, to support ongoing relief efforts. “A trusted brand ambassador is more than just a face — they are a reflection of the values and integrity that drive one’s brand’s growth. When a respected individual endorses our company, it sends a powerful message to our customers that their trust is valued, and their well-being is a priority. Home Credit is committed to assisting those in need. Apart from our donation, we hope that our products, such as Home Credit Protect, will provide some relief during this difficult time. Whether it’s through home coverage plans or loan flexibility features, we want our customers to know that we are here to support them through every challenge,” according to Zdenek Jankovsky, HCPH Chief Business Development Officer.

As Home Credit Philippines celebrates its 11th year, the company remains committed to developing innovative financial solutions for Filipinos. To stay updated on HCPH’s latest offerings, customers can visit their website at www.homecredit.ph or follow them on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
