The country’s new major telecommunications provider, DITO Telecommunity continues to make its innovative products more accessible to Filipinos by opening its Flagship Experience Store at the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City last Saturday, 15 October 2022.

Located on the SM Megamall Cyberzone (4th floor of Building B), the new DITO Flagship Experience Store is an immersive hub that serves as a gateway for DITOzens (DITO subscribers) and potential subscribers to learn more about DITO products and experience leveled-up digital offerings such as DITO’s ultra-fast data speed and exciting promos.

“As we continue to bring Filipinos together through our high-speed data connectivity, we opened a store where people can pursue their shared interests, talents, and passions.  We envision the DITO Flagship Experience Store as an experience hub highlighting the benefits of DITO’s next-generation technology. Here, they will get a taste of an empowered digital lifestyle,” according to Evelyn Jimenez, Chief Commercial Officer of DITO Telcommunity.

More than just a customer service center, the new DITO Flagship Experience Store ushers visitors to dive into the DITO universe and be immersed in what the brand says as, “Todo na DITO” as they can directly communicate with a DITO representative regarding their concerns, purchases, and inquiries. The new store encourages digital explorations like watching videos from DITO’s entertainment partners at the Streaming Zone and experiencing DITO’s fast and reliable 5G connectivity through experiential gaming activities at the Gaming Zone. They can also visit the Product Zone to learn more about DITO products, services, rewards, and promos such as DITO App Boosters, DITO Data Sachets, DITO Level-up Packs, and more.

“Through our TODO na DITO campaign, we hope to empower more Filipinos by making them part of a community where they can feel at ease to express themselves and follow their passion. Giving them access to a creative tribe, high-speed connection, and digital innovations is a big contributor to DITO’s continuously phenomenal growth,” said Atty. Adel Tamano, Chief Administrative Officer of DITO Telcommunity.

For its design, the DITO Flagship Experience Store provides an alluring visual experience of the Philippines’ vibrant and colorful culture. Designed by renowned architectural firm Mañosa & Company, the store’s interior proudly reflects the country’s weaving traditions, which symbolizes DITO’s mission of weaving Filipino communities together through digital innovations and stronger connectivity.

During the press conference that followed the festivities of the store opening, DITO executives reported that there are already 13 million DITO subscribers from all over the country as of date. These DITOzens benefit from the telco’s innovative and value-for-money products.

Ret. Maj. Gen. Rodolfo Santiago, DITO Chief Technology Officer, also disclosed that they had completed and passed the third mandatory performance audit, which evaluated its population coverage and minimum average broadband speed.
