The Cardinal Santos Medical Center (CSMC) is addressing this challenge by providing the general public with relevant healthcare information in a single hub as they launch the CSMC Viber Community.
Aimed at providing one holistic and easy to access platform, the new communication channel launched last 11 November 2020 puts all the necessary information about the hospital’s products and services in one place.
“As part of our mission to proactively respond to the needs of the communities we serve, we want to go the extra mile in providing them the information they need, anytime they need it. This Viber community will allow us to expand our reach not only among our existing patients but to those who are in urgent need of healthcare information as well,” according to CSMC President and CEO Raul C. Pagdanganan.

Doctors, hospital staff, and members of the CSMC community were present during the launch. Pagdanganan led the kick-off as he became one of the first members of the Viber community.
