The Runway 06/24 of Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (RPLL) has been closed for air traffic almost thirty (30) minutes already due to a disabled Cebu Pacific (CEB) DC9 aircraft with flat tires.
Initial reports indicate that two (02) of the aircraft’s landing gears raptured while preparing for take off. No injuries noted, though.
The runway was opened to departing and arriving flights some two (02) hours after.
