As we approach the Year of the Dog (by 29th of the month), let me just share to you the best New Year’s message I had received via SMS. Sent by my professor in high school (he’s with AdMU now), Mr. Michael Coroza. The greeting, in poem format, goes:
Pagkahol ng Bagong Taon,
Malas nawa'y maitaboy;
Sa sipol ng Panginoon,
