Concentrix, a global leader in technology and services, marked a significant milestone with the launch of its new brand identity at the company’s annual Family Day event. This innovative unveiling took place within a spectacular drone show, solidifying Concentrix’s position as a frontrunner in the customer experience (CX) industry.
The Family Day celebration, known as the #OneFAMNation Musicfest, is the Philippines’ largest employee-focused multi-event series. This year’s event was one of eleven location-based celebrations held nationwide, attracting thousands of Concentrix employees, or “game-changers,” and their families. The festive atmosphere was further amplified by a concert featuring popular Filipino bands Parokya ni Edgar, Silent Sanctuary, and the P-pop group BILIB.
