LBC assures the Filipino nation that its doors remain open to serve even if the ongoing surge of the COVID-19 pandemic pushes many to be back inside their homes for shelter and safety.

Aware of the necessity of sending their “padala” (package) — whether an “ayuda” to relatives who are hardly getting by or goods sold by small businesses — LBC makes sure that the public has a reliable courier to count on during these crucial times.

Introduced prior to the ongoing pandemic, LBC Pick Up is a free-of-charge service that lets customers experience LBC without the stress of having to go outside, travel, and queue up.

To avail of this service, all you have to do is arrange for pick up via lbconline.lbcexpress.com, wait for the courier to arrive, pay the corresponding fee, and wait for a tracking number to be issued to you. Pick-up bookings made before the 11:00 AM cutoff are eligible for same-day pick-up.

For multiple deliveries, the LBC Pick Up service can also accommodate bulk shipments backed by its air and sea freight capabilities, as the service is now available in Metro Manila, Northern and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The company has also added more barangays to their list of serviceable areas to help more Filipinos affected by the pandemic.

“We recommend for customers to actively use LBC Pick Up at this time as we continue to face a surge of Omicron cases. This service is not just meant to help our beloved customers and clients transport important items, but also our way to keep people indoors and help the country stave off a bigger health crisis,” said Dinna B. Tiongson, LBC’s SVP – Domestic Operations.

For our peace of mind, all LBC couriers have been fully vaccinated already against COVID-19 and had been trained to practice the necessary health and safety protocols. As an extra mile feature, LBC has a Push Hotline (02) 8-8585999 if you feel the need to talk to an LBC representative.

The complete list of serviceable areas for LBC Pick Up is available here.
